Class Descriptions
Belly Dancing
This new and fun dance based class will teach you belly dancing moves and
enhance core strength, stabilization, and flexibility.
Body Toning/Sculpting
Low impact, cardiovascular warm up followed by various techniques of resistance
training designed to strengthen, shape, and define your body.
Candlelight Yoga
In candlelight yoga we will combine basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques
by the enchanting flicker of firelight. These techniques focus on strength,
balance, flexibility, posture and relaxation Ashtanga style.
Group Cycling
Cycling utilized our indoor cycle bikes to simulate a variety of terrain
synchronizing to various music tempos for and awesome aerobic/anaerobic workout.
Kickboxing Basics
Learn the basic components and movements of the kicking and punch combinations
from the sport of kickboxing. It can also help develop balance, stamina, power
and focus.
Yoga
This 45-minute session is an energetic and revitalizing experience to carry you
through the day and reduce the build up of work related stress & fatigue
Boot Camp
This is a high intensity class that mixes aerobics with weights. Classes
will utilize jump ropes, free weights, step, medicine balls etc. to give you a
great calorie and fat burning workout.
Hula Boot Camp
A total body toning/endurance workout using basic Hula and Tahitian dance
moves. This class will have you moving and toning your body non stop for 45 min,

Hawaiian
Hawaiian Dance is about telling a story with your hands about the Hawaiian
culture. In this class you will learn basic Hawaiian dance moves to help you
learn dances that teach you about the beauty of Hawaii and its culture. If you
want low intensity body toning with a tropical feel to it this is the class for
you!
